Monotype, in contrast, is all about one-of-a-kind images—ink is applied directly to a plate, and each impression is unique and unrepeatable.

In this workshop, you’ll experiment with both processes using a wide range of found and recycled materials—leaves, string, fabric, bubble wrap, and more—to add layers of texture, shape, and depth. These accessible, playful methods invite spontaneity and reward experimentation.
